In modern factories, where fewer and fewer workers produce more and more, it is important that concentration and attention are maintained in order to attain high product quality and a high level of security for the employees. It is therefore ever more important to create workplaces that are noise and vibration-free.
We cooperate closely with industries to create possibilities for a good work environment. This in turn gives many economical advantages. Quality and control increase when the employee can concentrate on production without being disturbed by noise and vibrations. Security in the workplace increases when the employee can hear co-workers and machines. Increased attention reduces the risk of mistakes that can result in personal injury. Also, it is easier to recruit and retain personnel in a pleasant environment.
With knowledge of the new machine’s sound generation, sound levels in the factory can be simulated in our analysis tools. To calculate, for example, the amount of sound absorption needed or whether machines need to be modified in order to meet set requirements.
